Whole-Home Renovations
A full interior gut or a multi-room project run as one job. Floors, walls, lighting, and millwork held to a single standard so the house stays coherent while it is open — and after it is closed.

Home Additions & Expansions
The original footprint is often too small for how the house is used now. We add primary suites, great rooms, guest wings, and mudrooms / gear rooms so the new work reads as part of the house, not a wing that arrived later.

Cabin & Lake Home Renovations
Year-round upgrades for cabins and lake houses that were built for a shorter season. Insulation, kitchens, and baths in older structures. Shoreline-aware work. The cabin should keep its scale and gain a finish it can live with in January.
